We partner with a range of trusted UK-based suppliers to deliver your items directly to you. This allows us to offer a wide selection of quality products and ensure fast, efficient shipping.
🚚 Delivery Information
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days after dispatch.
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.
We currently deliver to most mainland UK addresses.
Please note: As we work with multiple fulfilment partners, your order may arrive in separate parcels if it contains multiple items.
🌱 Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with any issues:
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery
Include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
A short explanation of the problem
Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or other resolution as quickly as possible.
🔁 Returns
Due to the nature of some of our products — particularly live plants and perishable items — we are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.
However, we do accept returns for:
Non-perishable goods (e.g., pots, accessories)
Faulty, damaged, or misdescribed items
To start a return, contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Returns must be pre-approved, and we will provide the appropriate return instructions.
Please do not return items without contacting us first — we cannot guarantee processing or refunds for unauthorised returns.
💳 Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days of confirmation.
⚠️ Additional Notes
Slight variations in appearance, especially in live products, are natural and not considered faults.
We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by improper care after delivery.
